We had my sisters baby shower at Tapper's Cafe and it was absolutely perfect! I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The cafe is beautiful, the service is fab and the food is all homemade and is beautiful! If you need a place for an event I can highly recommend here or if you just want a bite to eat you definitely won't be disappointed if you try here! Xx

A hidden gem in Union Street, Southport. A lovely little cafe with a very different breakfast and lunch menu. Plenty of variety including imaginative vegetarian and vegan dishes. There are plenty of meaty options too to satisfy carnivores like me. Service is excellent and the atmosphere pleasant though more daytime cafe than evening fine dining. Overall a new favourite.
Such a beautiful gem in Southport - great vibes and most importantly great food!! Absolutely loved my iced tiramisu latte and my bacon/brie/chilli-jam bagel!

Recommended by a local shop owner. Just back from the high street, lovely quiet location. A little more expensive than the norm but when the food arrived I could see why. All the food was fresh and home cooked, not easy when you see the menu.
Staff friendly and welcoming. Very clean everywhere (even the toilet area had been given top notch attention). Atmosphere relaxed but efficient and attentive staff. Drink/food orders taken in a timely manner and served quickly. Attention given to every table of visitors without people waiting unnecessarily. Food freshly prepared and of excellent quality.....be warned, hot drinks and hot food are HOT (temperature wise)....and delicious. Noone was rushed to finish their meal or drinks. Will be going again.....saw what they offered for Afternoon Tea (needs to be booked in advance as all on the tiered plate holder is made fresh for the booking). This place is well recommended.
